He has served as a Member and Vice President of the Tamilnadu Medical Council, Athletic Association of MMC, Library Committee, and Ethical Committee.
is an Emeritus Professor at TN DrMGR Medical University and serves as the Director of the Social Welfare Council of National ASI. He is a general and laparoscopic surgeon in Madurai, having graduated from Madurai Medical College with his UG in 1985 and PG in 1993. Throughout his career, he has held various positions, including Assistant Professor, Professor, and Dean. Dr. Pandian is known for his passion for teaching and has organized CME programs for UGs and PGs for over 20 years. He is running a service Hospital as Maruthupandian Suma Hospital at Thirumangulam, Madurai.
